A Chance To Dance

This Charlotte-based dance program, started in 2015, champions inclusion by combining a love for teaching dance and a determination to give all children the opportunity to express themselves artistically. With both recreational and competitive programs for special dancers, they have close to 40 differently-abled and super-talented students... It's not their needs that are special, it's their talents!

Jeremy's Jump

Who's Jeremy & Why Jump?

Jeremy’s Jump debuted in November of 2013 and was the idea of then 13 year old Caley Coughlan, a Friendship Circle “Teen Friend”, who wanted to do something special in memory of Jeremy Alpern (Cantor), her special friend and bowling buddy who passed away on February 25, 2013. Though Jeremy’s physical abilities were limited, his ability to inspire others was as strong as ever. Jeremy’s smile shone for miles, and his enthusiasm was contagious. He loved being surrounded by music, action, noise, and definitely food. His life was a blessing, and every day with us was a miracle worth celebrating.
